Join us for an insightful session as we delve into the journey of how an employer successfully integrated a newcomer into the vibrant world of hospitality. You will learn about the challenges, strategies, and best practices employed by the employer to hire and nurture a talented newcomer in the industry. You will hear from our experienced Job Developer who works with employers to ensure you hire the right person for the job.  She will explain how she supports the new hire on the job through job coaching which leads to job retention.

This session aims to inspire and educate employers and professionals in the hospitality industry on the benefits of inclusive hiring and how it can contribute to a diverse and dynamic workforce. Don't miss this opportunity to gain insights into the practical aspects of welcoming newcomers into the world of hospitality. Time will be provided for you to ask the panelists questions.
